Ripple Effect was launched on October 1, 2026. It is a collaboration between NASSA, StoryFactory Films and Media Trust Films.

The aim of the film was simple and built around this single idea:
When you help a single young person properly, the help doesn’t just stay with them. It reaches their family, their friends and their wider community, creating lasting change.

Our thanks go to Darius Norowzian, Director at StoryFactory Films, for his vision and creative genius and to Todd Von Joel, Producer at StoryFactory Films for his passion and dedication in bringing the film from idea to reality.

Ripple Effect was overseen by Ed Wise, Executive Producer at Media Trust Films. Ed worked tirelessly to sew the various strands of the film project together.

The film was funded by The Mercers’ Company, Trustee to The Mercers’ Charitable Foundation, who fund the NASSA mentoring programme that is featured in Ripple Effect. The Mercers’ Company’s belief in NASSA is absolute and we are proud to call them our partners.

NASSA would also like to thank Aicha Therese, the spoken word poet, and actors Jayson Mankenda and Camille Genhart for injecting the film with life and vitality.

Finally, NASSA was honoured to have the musical score for Ripple Effect written by composer Brice Cagan and played by the world-famous Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra.
